Definition of corporate governance

· Corporate governance is the system by which companies are directed and controlled.

Importance of corporate governance

·  The owners and the people who manage the company are not always the same.

·  CG ensures that stakeholders' interests are fully taken into consideration.

·  As it is the directors that manage the company, thus the burden of good corporate governance falls on them.

一(yi)(yi)件(jian)事，就算(suan)(suan)再美好，一(yi)(yi)旦沒有結果，也(ye)(ye)不(bu)(bu)算(suan)(suan)成功。即便失敗過，也(ye)(ye)不(bu)(bu)要放(fang)棄(qi)，但要學(xue)會釋懷(huai)，不(bu)(bu)要跟(gen)一(yi)(yi)次失敗過不(bu)(bu)去(qu)，重新出發(fa)，也(ye)(ye)未嘗不(bu)(bu)是另一(yi)(yi)種堅持。就像ACCA考試，只要拿到證書，其他都可以被原諒。
